Activation of the Option to Submit Requests for Modifications to the Actions of the “Just Development Transition Program”, Update on Submitting Modification Requests via iSAMIS

As part of the “Just Transition Development Program” (J.T.D.P.), which aims to support entrepreneurship and the economic reconstruction of areas affected by the transition to a new production model, the option to submit modification requests has been activated for businesses participating in the program’s Actions.

Enterprises that have been included in the following Actions, which are implemented in the mainland areas of the Territorial Just Transition Development Plan (T.J.T.D.P.), can now proceed with modification requests through the Integrated State Aid Management Information System (Isamis).

  • ΔΑΜ3ΓΥΜΜ – Support for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
  • ΔΑΜ4ΓΝΥΣ – Support for start-ups and existing small businesses
  • ΔΑΜ5ΓΜΜΜ – Support for large enterprises operating in affected areas
  • ΔΑΜ6ΓΜΝΥ – Support for large enterprises and start-up initiatives

The modification process pertains to changes related to the approved business plan, such as adjustments to the timeline, modifications to the budget, changes in the business’s details, or other administrative and operational changes deemed necessary for the proper implementation of the investment plans.

Modification Request Submission Process

Eligible beneficiaries wishing to submit a modification request must follow these steps:

  • Log in to iSAMIS (https://opske.gr/en ) using the project coordinator’s credentials.
  • Select the “My Modifications” section from the main menu of the system.
  • Specify the type of modification they wish to submit:
  • “Major Modification Request”: Includes significant changes that affect critical aspects of the project, such as budget reallocation, implementation modifications, or changes that require approval from the managing authority.
  • “Minor Modification Request”: Involves secondary adjustments that do not substantially affect the terms and conditions of the original business plan.

Beneficiaries must attach the necessary supporting documents and complete the process according to the instructions provided in the system.

Special Instructions for “Under Establishment” Businesses

Businesses that had submitted their application as “Under Establishment” and have now completed the establishment process must link their approved application with the business details obtained through the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (IAPR).

To ensure the correct completion of the process, interested parties must follow the instructions described in the “VAT Assignment Manual for Under-Establishment Beneficiaries,” which is available on the official iSAMIS platform.

Beneficiaries are encouraged to utilize the available tools and technical support to ensure the timely and accurate submission of modification requests, thereby ensuring the effective implementation of their business plans.
